Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RUGD mobile game (package: com.bata.rugd). By using RUGD, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use RUGD on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Account and Wallet

RUGD may use Solana wallet-based login and linking.

• You are solely responsible for your wallet, device, and credentials.
• Never share your seed phrase or private keys.
• We cannot recover lost wallet credentials.

3. Gameplay and Features

RUGD provides game features such as levels, missions, leaderboards, skins, and progression systems. Features may change, be updated, paused, or removed at any time.

4. Digital Purchases

RUGD may offer in-game purchases using Solana.

• All blockchain transactions are final once confirmed on-chain.
• Network congestion or chain conditions may delay confirmation.
• Access to purchased items depends on successful on-chain verification and account sync.
• You are responsible for transaction fees and wallet compatibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, automate abuse, or tamper with game logic,
• interfere with servers, APIs, wallet flows, or security systems,
• reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the app except where law permits,
• use RUGD for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

RUGD, including code, art, UI, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal use under these Terms.

7. Service Availability

RUGD is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

8. No Financial Advice

RUGD is a game experience. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of assets, data, profits, or access, arising from use of RUGD or wallet/blockchain interactions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of RUGD, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, or created security/legal risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your operating jurisdiction and mandatory consumer protections.
