RUGD (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the RUGD mobile game (package: com.bata.rugd).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process:

• Wallet data: your public Solana wallet address used for login and game account linking.
• Gameplay data: score, XP, stars, unlocked levels, equipped skins, mission progress, and leaderboard entries.
• Purchase data: skin purchase status and related order records required to verify ownership.
• Transaction data: transaction signatures and verification metadata used to confirm blockchain payments.
• Technical data: app version, crash/debug events, and basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the app.

We do not collect your private keys or seed phrase.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• authenticate your wallet login,
• sync progress across devices,
• process and verify in-game purchases,
• show leaderboard and achievement features,
• detect abuse/fraud and improve app reliability,
• provide support and troubleshoot issues.

3. Blockchain and Wallet Notes

Blockchain transactions are public by design. If you make a purchase, related transaction details may be visible on the Solana network.

You are responsible for wallet security, including private key and seed phrase protection.

4. Data Storage and Processors

RUGD uses backend infrastructure (including Supabase services) to store and process game/account data.

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data only:

• with service providers that operate the app infrastructure,
• when required by law or legal process,
• to protect rights, users, and platform security.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using RUGD, you acknowledge this may occur.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data we control.
